Order processing and cutoff

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Orders ship from 929 Rocky Rd, Alamo, Nevada, 89001, United States. Carrier: USPS. Fulfillment partner: No third-party fulfillment partner. Jixero fulfills orders directly from the stated shipping origin.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. When an order ships, available tracking information is sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier events, severe weather, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect an estimate.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders reaching $70.00 qualify for free shipping where that rate is available at checkout. The checkout total is the final shipping charge for the selected destination.
